We are dedicated to producing all our products the traditional French way and are particularly proud of our croissant made the artisanal way, something that is rarely found today. A traditional croissant simply must be made of butter there is no substitute. As you bite into the golden, flakey shell, it shatters with a “crunch” to reveal layers upon layers of soft, moist, buttery pastry, the perfect coffee partner and a moment to be savoured at any point of the day.
