Our product focus ensures healthy eating, as low in sugar and fat as is possible.

Our original recipes, incorporating all variations in taste, texture and shape are designed to satisfy any business be it a restaurant, supermarket, tea-room or for your family.

We provide special occasion cakes, for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries or other events selected from designs created by myself or following consultation, a creation to the size, shape and taste you require.

OR, why not look at some of my previous creations and allow me to suggest a unique cake tailored to your needs.

All specialist cakes will be displayed on a hand made stand in order to encompass the chosen design. Any scene or size may be produced - and will always be remembered.

HOTEL AND RESTAURANT RANGE

plated sweet - sweet design to be plated
trolley sweet - ready to be presented on your trolley, two sizes available
banqueting sweet - same as plated sweet but larger quantity
chocolate - in bulk or on a tray ready to be presented
petit four - in bulk or on a display tray
breakfast (viennoiserie) - delivered fresh each morning

SUPERMARKET/SHOP RANGE

petit gateau (individual cakes) - presented in cases, ready to display in your shop
demi sec (sweet biscuits) - bulk delivery
entremet (gateau) - 2 sizes, boxed
flan - 2 sizes, boxed
gateau de voyage (eg pound cake/maderia cake)

HOME RANGE

entremet - 2 sizes available, boxed, ready to eat.

party cake - special presentation will vary in size and shape.

chocolates - boxed, bagged or on a tray depending on the product.

petit four sec - boxed, bagged or on a tray.

flan - boxed in 2 sizes.

petit gateau - individual treat, boxed

gateau de voyage - wrapped in a cling film

viennoiserie- -bulk delivery, paper bags supplied on request.

All products will be delivered ready to use with a variety of shelve lives dependent on the product. Some products will be suitable for home freezing.
