Using a traditional slow fermentation process, we make all of our artisan breads by hand, without the addition of preservatives, additives or chemicals. Our breads are made using a real sourdough, and do not contain any fat.

The range includes:

Baguettes, Boules, Pain Tradition (made using a rare wheat from France), sourdough, wholemeal bread and other specialities including tomato & basil, green olive, walnut & raisin and foccacia.
