Preparation for the launch of the 'Yorkshire Chocolate' began months ago. Every detail was meticulously researched and prepared from the design, to sourcing ingredients, to taste and then to the final product. It seemed fitting to launch the chocolate at the prestigious 'Harrogate Specialty Food Fayre' on Sunday 20th June 2010. Many lucky visitors to the Dumouchel stand tasted the delicious new chocolate which is now available for both wholesale and retail customers. As you would expect from Dumouchel all ingredients have been sourced locally and the chocolate is handmade and wrapped on the premises.
