Our boulangerie, patisserie and chocolaterie was established in 1998. We pride ourselves on our expertise as bakers and chocolatiers and have become known across Yorkshire for our delicious range of pastries, cakes, breads and chocolate. Thierry Dumouchel trained at the renowned food college in Rouen, France, and has worked in Paris, London, Sydney and Tokyo before opening the patisserie. As a master of his craft Thierry is often called upon,  as UK ambassador for Barry Callebaut and the world-renowned Cointreau, to provide demonstrations. Thierry also works as a consultant offering advice and guidance to individuals and businesses around the UK.

In 2012  we were extremely proud to have won The Baking Industry  "Craft Business Award". 2012 also saw us launch our online artisan bread. The freshly baked bread is delivered by courier, lightly baked, bagged and ready to freeze straight to your door. Simply defrost, finish in your own oven and enjoy!
